CVR definition

CVR means a contingent contractual right of Holders to receive CVR Payments pursuant to the Merger Agreement and this Agreement.
CVR has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

Examples of CVR in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Corporation’s disposition of certain assets pursuant to the CVR Agreement shall not constitute a Fundamental Transaction.

  • Until the end of the CVR Term, the Company shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, keep true, complete and accurate records in sufficient detail to enable the Rights Agent to confirm each CVR Payment payable hereunder in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement.
