CVA definition

CVA means an agreement reached by a Club under a Company Voluntary Arrangement (under the Insolvency Act 1986) or a Scheme of Arrangement (under the Companies Act 1985 or Companies Act 2006).
CVA means the Current Value Assessment as determined by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, ("MPAC").
