Cut-off Price definition
Cut-off Price means the Offer Price, which shall be any price within the Price Band, finalized by the Company, in consultation with the BRLMs. Only Retail Individual Bidders are entitled to Bid at the Cut-off Price. QIBs (including Anchor Investors) and Non-Institutional Bidders are not entitled to Bid at the Cut-off Price;
Cut-off Price has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Offer Documents.
