Customization Services definition

Customization Services means the services to be provided by Amdocs in order to develop the Customized Product in accordance with the applicable Specifications.

Customization Services means those services provided by Binary to Acquisition for the development of Enhancements as provided under Section 3.01 and Article IV of this Agreement.

Ownership of work product resulting from Customization Services shall be determined in accordance with Article IV of the License Agreement.

Customization Services means the tasks included in the customization of Atlys(R) interfaces for Client as described in Work Order 2002-01.
