Customer’s System definition

Customer’s System means the data, order entry and management system provided by Customer to enable Authorized Entities to receive Data, to enter orders into the Exchange Systems or send data to and receive data from the Exchange Systems, including the Customer’s access to the Exchange Systems, its system supporting the Customer’s System, and Authorized Entity Devices, as represented in Schedule 2;
Customer’s System means the system, application and/or network set forth in the Order Form or an Annex which Customer requires to be security tested. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Licence: means, where applicable as set forth in the Order Form, a licence granted to Customer for access to and use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Platform and for the provision of the Services and related Deliverables on and via the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Platform. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Platform: means Supplier’s online security information and service web portal and/or any other related Supplier facilities or systems to which Customer has been granted access and use as set forth in the Order Form. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Users: means in respect of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Licence, the permitted users who are designated by Customer to use ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Platform. Deliverables: any output of the Services to be provided by Supplier to Customer as specified in the Order Form or in the Services Agreement Service-specific Terms.
Customer’s System. Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), networks and internet connectivity, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third•party services.

Examples of Customer’s System in a sentence

  • Interconnection Customer shall submit initial design and specifications for the ICIF, including Interconnection Customer’s System Protection Facilities, to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final design and specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date.

  • Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, Transmission Owner shall test the Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Transmission Owner’s System Protection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades, and Interconnection Customer shall test each electric production device at the Generating Facility, Interconnection Customer’s System Protection Facilities and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation.

  • Following installation of Customer’s System, Company shall inspect the Customer System for compliance with the applicable requirements set forth in Attachment A.

  • The Customer will allow access to its premises and to the System by Utilities personnel in accordance with the City of Colorado Springs City Code and Utilities Tariffs: (i) to inspect the Customer’s System, (ii) to read and to replace meters; (iii) to open the load-break disconnect switch, and (iv) to disconnect the interconnection facilities at the Utilities meter or transformer.

  • If Customer appoints one or more System Administrator(s) to grant transaction initiation capabilities to any User, Customer acknowledges that such activity is solely within the control of Customer’s System Administrator(s), and agrees transactions initiated by such Users are deemed to be authorized transactions, even if such User is not named as an account signer or authorized initiator in Bank’s records.


More Definitions of Customer’s System

Customer’s System means the Customer’s computer or computer system, including its hardware, software, Internet connection and Internet browser that the Customer will use to access those Services provided online, including from the Website;
Customer’s System means the telecommunications and information technology system which the Customer operates or subcontracts so as to offer services;

Fee: the sums payable for the Services, as set out in Commercial Sheet.
Customer’s System means the computer systems (including the software, hardware and data comprised within them) in the possession or control of You. Customer Third Party Provider means any third party provider of services in connection with this Master Agreement in a direct contractual relationship with You.
Customer’s System means the applications or systems that contain Customer's data.
Customer’s System means collectively the Customer Hardware, Leased Hardware, Customer Software and Licensed Software.
