Customer trouble report definition
Customer trouble report means any oral or written report given to the Company’s repair service or contact person by a Customer relating to a defect or difficulty or dissatisfaction with the provision of the Telecommunications Service provided by the Company.
Customer trouble report means any oral or written report from a subscriber or user of telecommunications service relating to a physical defect or to difficulty or dissatisfaction with the operation of telecommunications facilities.
