For each Customer Transaction, the applicable Included Program may be Transmitted via Streaming and/or Electronic Downloading, as selected by the Customer, from the Licensed Service to no more than one (1) Approved Device of such Customer.
The Customer must have an active account at the time he initiates a Customer Transaction.
The “Fee(s)” payable by Comcast to Studio per Customer Transaction shall be determined as set forth in this Section 10.
We will not pay more than one Commission payment or other similar referral fee on any given Customer Transaction (unless we choose to in our discretion).
