Customer Tooling definition

Customer Tooling has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1 herein.

Customer Tooling means the tooling, fixtures, appurtenances, test hardware and software and any other items to be provided by the Customer to Bel or procured or produced by Xxx and paid for by the Customer.

More Definitions of Customer Tooling

Customer Tooling means the tooling (other than Company Tooling) described in the Order or otherwise made for the purposes of manufacture of the Goods to be supplied under the Contract. “Company Tooling” means the tooling made by the Company for the purposes of manufacture of Standard Mouldings.
