Customer Supplied Materials definition
Customer Supplied Materials has the meaning given in clause 5.3(d).
Customer Supplied Materials means the materials supplied by Customer to Manufacturer under the terms of this Agreement and as set forth in the applicable Facility Addendum. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer-Supplied Materials are distinguishable from and exclusive of both Product Materials and Buy-Sell Materials.
Customer Supplied Materials means those Materials provided to BreconRidge directly by Customer from Customer’s inventory.

Customer Supplied Materials means those Materials provided to Flextronics directly by Customer from Customer’s inventory.
Customer Supplied Materials means architectural glass and related curtainwall materials that are owned by a customer of the Business and in the possession or control of the Vendor for the purposes of carrying out a Project for such customer.
Customer Supplied Materials means any components (including but not limited to raw materials, parts and packaging) supplied by Customer or other third parties in producing its products.
Customer Supplied Materials means the Materials, if any, that Customer elects to provide pursuant to Section 11.2 hereof.
Customer Supplied Materials means the RTGel (as defined below) and the active pharmaceutical ingredient described in Exhibit 3 attached hereto (“API”), and any other materials that will be provided to Manufacturer by or on behalf of Customer for use in manufacturing the Contract Products, as set forth in Exhibit 3 or otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Parties.
Customer Supplied Materials means any and all materials and documents the Intellectual Property Rights in which are owned by the Customer or any other Service Recipient (or any third party licensor (other than the Supplier or its sub-contractors) to any of the aforesaid) which are made available to the Supplier by the Customer or any other Service Recipient for the purposes of this Agreement.
Customer Supplied Materials means the active pharmaceutical ingredients and other materials that are to be provided by or on behalf of Customer (directly or through Customer’s relevant vendor) to Siegfried for the performance of the Manufacturing Services under this Agreement, as set forth in Annex B.
