Customer Order Form definition

Customer Order Form means the order form for the supply by the Company of the Equipment and/or Services, completed by, or in accordance with an order from, the Customer;
Customer Order Form means Customer’s Support Subscription order information signed by Customer and JumpMind.

Examples of Customer Order Form in a sentence

  • Support Subscription Fees are due upon the commencement of each Term as set forth in the Customer Order Form.

More Definitions of Customer Order Form

Customer Order Form or “COF” means the form through which the Customer accepts a quotation for services, setting out the details of the Services requested such as quantities, fees, Service Levels and charges payable;
Customer Order Form means the order form for the supply by Comms Connect of the Equipment and/or Services which has been completed by, or in accordance with an order from, you;
Customer Order Form or “ORF” means a request for Service submitted by Customer or Customer Affiliate in the form designated by Provider (including any addenda and supplements thereto) and accepted by Provider in accordance with this GTC, detailing Services (in all events to the exclusion of any Customer proposed terms and conditions of purchase or purchase order(s) or other Customer proposed terms of business). Note the ORF may also be referenced as a “Work Order”, “Scope of Work”, or “Scope of Services”.
Customer Order Form means an order form issued by Provider and executed by Customer and Provider setting forth the necessary information relating to the SaaS and/or other Services to be provided to Customer under this Agreement and the fees payable to Provider.
