Lonza shall execute, and shall require its personnel as well as its Affiliates, External Laboratories or other contractors or agents and their personnel involved in the performance of the Services to execute, any documents reasonably required to confirm Customer’s ownership of the New Customer Intellectual Property, and any documents required to apply for, maintain and enforce any patent or other right in the New Customer Intellectual Property.
Except as provided for herein, all rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Intellectual Property are hereby reserved by Customer, its Affiliates or licensors.
