Customer Intellectual Property definition

Customer Intellectual Property means Confidential Information and any business requirements, materials, information and/or intellectual property owned or licensed that is provided by Customer, which includes, without limitation all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights that may be accessed or used during the provision of Services but in all cases excludes any CA Intellectual Property.
Customer Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 15.4.
Customer Intellectual Property. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1. Customer Intellectual Property shall include any intellectual property rights in the Developments.

  • Lonza shall execute, and shall require its personnel as well as its Affiliates, External Laboratories or other contractors or agents and their personnel involved in the performance of the Services to execute, any documents reasonably required to confirm Customer’s ownership of the New Customer Intellectual Property, and any documents required to apply for, maintain and enforce any patent or other right in the New Customer Intellectual Property.

More Definitions of Customer Intellectual Property

Customer Intellectual Property means any intellectual property that is owned by Customer, including Customer Data. Customer Intellectual Property includes any derivative works and compilations of any Customer Intellectual Property.
Customer Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property owned or licensed by Customer, including the CD Embedded Site (if and as developed by or for Customer) and Customer Content.

Supplier hereby grants to Customer a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, right and license to in and to all Supplier Intellectual Property as defined above, for the purposes set forth in Paragraph 6 of this Amendment. In connection with the foregoing grants, Supplier shall provide Customer with a copy of all source code, object code, diagrams, schematics, documentation and manuals, as well as technical assistance to effect a transfer of know-how and show how relating to the Supplier Intellectual Property.
Customer Intellectual Property has the meaning set out in Clause 13.1 (Intellectual Property Rights);
Customer Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property belonging to the Customer. “Cut-Over” means the time at which the Service Provider will commence provision of the Services, being the date of this Agreement.
