Customer Input definition

Customer Input means suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by Customer or its Employees and Authorized Parties relating to the operation or functionality of the Service, excluding Customer Data.
Customer Input means the inputs reasonably required of the Customer in order to enable the Supplier to provide the Services to the Customer, as set out in clause 5 and expanded upon in the Proposal where necessary;
Customer Input means the inputs reasonably required of the Customer in order to enable Seidor to provide the Services to the Customer, as set out in clause 7 and expanded upon in the Order where necessary;

  • In furtherance of the foregoing, EvenUp will maintain administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the security of Customer Input.
