Customer Documentation definition

Customer Documentation means any documentation issued by the Customer to the Company including but not limited to a Purchase Order, delivery or consignment notes, written specifications and drawings.
Customer Documentation means all existing records and data relating to Customers, whether on paper, microfilm, microfiche, magnetic tape, computer disk or in any other form, but only in the media in which such records and data are maintained by or on behalf of EFC as of the date hereof.
