Customer Committed Date definition

Customer Committed Date or “CCD” means:
Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of a Service (or each part of a Service, including to each Site) is due to start.
Customer Committed Date or “CCD” means the 30th Working Day after the Dark Fibre Access Order is Processed by BT on EMP or such later date where consent is obtained or deemed pursuant to paragraph 2.3 of Schedule 4;

Examples of Customer Committed Date in a sentence

  • Interoute’s failure to remedy a material non-conformity within thirty (30) days of the Customer Committed Date shall entitle Customer to a refund of all fees paid Service, Software and Qualys shall be released from paying any additional fees for the Services and Service Software.

More Definitions of Customer Committed Date

Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of the CC SD-WAN Service (or each part of the CC SD-WAN Service, including to each Site) is due to start.
Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of the BT Security Advisory Service (or each part of the BT Security Advisory Service, including to each Site) is due to start.
Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of the Agile Connect Service or each part of the Agile Connect Service, including to each Site, is due to start.

Customer Committed Date means the date assigned by Interoute for the delivery of the Service. Interoute shall communicate this date to the Customer after a signed Order Form has been accepted by Interoute;
Customer Committed Date means the date provided by BT on which delivery of the BT MeetMe Service (or each part of the BT MeetMe Service, including to each Site) is due to start.
