Customer Agent definition

Customer Agent means BEM, in its capacity as agent of the Customers and each of them.
Customer Agent means a person identified in the Agreement or any additional Order Form who represents the Customer and who is authorized to make commitments and decisions on behalf of the Customer regarding the performance of the Agreement.
Customer Agent means the person or organisation named as the Customer in the Confirmation, but who is not a Passenger and whose business is chiefly that of the arrangement of travel on behalf of the Passenger(s).

Customer Agent means all employees or contractors of Customer who communicate with Customer clients using online or telecommunications tools across the Customer's business.
