Custom Services definition

Custom Services means custom programming and features as well as consulting and training including, but not limited to, order calculation programming, data management, commission plan programming, project management, third party integrations, internationalization, and web programming. Custom Services are not included in the “Infrastructure” hereunder and are provided “AS IS” with no express or implied warranty.

Custom Services means SUPPLIER-provided professional services, managed services and/or other SUPPLIER - performed services other than General Services.

Custom Services means any of the services provided by Contractor pursuant to a Statement of Work to EDT Learning and indirectly to EDT Learning's Customers, which may include but are not limited to: (i) development of Courses incorporating and combining Customer Source Material with EDT's Learning Products or EDT Learning's Development Software; (ii) customizing and creating a Customer's Course using EDT Learning's Development Software; (iii) the creation or customization of an existing Customer's Course using Customer Source Material and a third party's development software for EDT Learning; or, (iv) any other type of work or effort on behalf of EDT Learning or its Customer pursuant to a Statement of Work executed by the parties hereto.

Examples of Custom Services in a sentence

• At any time during the Term, Client may request that Renoworks make or permit reasonable changes to the scope of the Service or the Custom Services.

• Client may from time to time order Custom Services under this Agreement by entering into a written SOW between the Parties setting out, amongst other things, a description of Custom Services and the Fees, payment terms, performance standards and timeline for delivery applicable to the Custom Services.

• Fees for Custom Services will be billed as set forth in the applicable SOW.

• Client’s subscription to the Service does not include any Custom Services.

• Unless otherwise agreed to between the Parties in an SOW or Change Order, all right, title, and interest in and to the Custom Services and any work product and deliverables resulting from the Custom Services, including without limitation any intellectual property rights therein and thereto, shall, as between the Parties, be owned solely and exclusively by Renoworks.

More Definitions of Custom Services

Custom Services include BASES and certain customized research Services (not including any Technology Services) and ownership of such Custom Services shall be subject to the terms of the applicable LSA and/or project order.

Custom Services means services provided on an hourly, daily, or project basis as defined in a Services Order. These services define the delivery scope and cost in the Services Order.

Custom Services means the a-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ services ordered by Customer which are made available on a case-by-case basis by Affinity and which support the Platform Services (as applicable), such as ProServ, in the form as made available by Affinity and indicated on the applicable Order Form as a “Custom Services”.

Custom Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c) of this SA. “Custom Integration Work” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c) of this SA. “Customer” has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this SA.

Custom Services means any services to be provided by Ensocare in addition to Implementation Services and Support Services as described in the Contract Specifics.

Custom Services means any professional non-recurring services provided specifically for Customer (by NetDocuments or by Tikit as described in Clause 2.3 which are set out in a Statement of Work. Examples of Custom Services include data conversion, training or application integration.
