Custom Products. Products, preliminary, final or otherwise, which are created or developed by Contractor, its subcontractors, partners, employees or agents for Authorized User under the Contract.

  • Effective upon Product creation, Contractor shall convey, assign, and transfer to the District the sole and exclusive rights, title and interest in Custom Products, whether preliminary, final or otherwise, including all patent, trademark, and copyrights.


More Definitions of Custom Products

Custom Products means Products modified, designed or manufactured to meet Customer requirements.
Custom Products means those products that are assembled (i.e., with respect to clinical laboratory or science education materials kits) or manufactured by VWR to the written specifications (e.g., relating to the components, raw materials, stability, manufacture, testing, storage, handling, labeling, packaging, and/or shipping of the product) provided by Customer and agreed upon by VWR; and
Custom Products means Products that are modified, altered or customized, in accordance with a Statement of Work, to meet the Buyer’s or Customer’s requirements. Custom Support Services means non-standard Support Services that are as agreed and described in the applicable Statement of Work. Customer means an end customer of the Buyer, provided that a business unit or Affiliate of the Buyer may not be a Customer. Customer Contract means an agreement between the Buyer and a Customer. days means calendar days, unless otherwise specified. Master Commercial Agreement Data Breach means an unauthorized disclosure of or access to personally identifiable information of the Buyer or a Customer resulting from the Seller’s breach of its obligations with respect to such personally identifiable information, including those obligations set forth in Article 10.
Custom Products means any product that is not listed on the COOLEDGE price list or defined on the list of standard PRODUCTS on COOLEDGE’s website, as may be updated from time to time. The term CUSTOM PRODUCTS includes, but is not limited to, Specialty Illumination Solutions, custom FABRICated luminaires, modified or customized versions of standard PRODUCTS on COOLEDGE’s website, or any variant to the standard PRODUCTS.
Custom Products means the MCSC, MC2.7, MC2.0, MC2.1, MC1.7, MCSC2.0 and AMS CableCARD.
Custom Products means the Classic IC, ODCT IC, Patriot Bravo IC, Patriot CDR3 IC, Patriot HIP6W IC, Patriot Indy IC, Redcap2 IC, Redcap IC, Roadrunner IC, Sledgehammer IC, Tomahawk IC, WPIC IC and Zeus IC.
Custom Products means individually the ORION IC, ISKRA IC, AICE IC, TREX1.x IC, MIST IC, PAN IC, ATLAS IC, MOTION IC, TORC IC and GIN IC.
