OEM Customer shall promptly execute and cause each applicable employee to execute all documents that may be necessary to establish Xxxxx’s ownership of the foregoing, and shall require each employee who may qualify as an inventor, as determined by Xxxxx, to promptly sign all papers requested by Xxxxx for purposes of filing any patent application arising out of or related to the Custom Products.
Existing Products must be identified on the Product prior to commencement of work or else will be presumed to be Custom Products.
