Custody Service definition

Custody Service. : means the service provided by Monte Titoli addressed to the Issuers and Intermediaries, which permits, through accounts opened in the name of these, the custody of financial instruments.
Custody Service means the custody service described in Clause 3 below;
Custody Service means a service of the kind described in Section B, Part 7.

  • We will provide you with the relevant account opening details for the identified third party such as their Terms & Conditions, Nominee and Safe Custody Service, Best Execution Policy, Execution Venues and Conflicts of Interest Policy (or equivalent documents).

More Definitions of Custody Service

Custody Service means our safekeeping and administration service we may provide you with as described in Clause 2.5 below and as further detailed in Clause 7 of these Terms;
