Current Supplier definition

Current Supplier means; the outgoing service provider whom the Supplier is replacing under this agreement.
Current Supplier means a Carrier, a telecommunications service provider or equipment supplier who supplies services or equipment to you.
Current Supplier means a Shareholder who has supplied Stock to the Company during the current Season and/or the immediate past Season.

  • In addition to the Transition Support, subject to and in accordance with the provisions set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof, Supplier will purchase all “Transferred Merchandise” (as defined in Exhibit C) located in the TFM Current Supplier Facilities (as defined in Exhibit C) on a date mutually agreed to by the parties.

More Definitions of Current Supplier

Current Supplier means any Person who is or has been a supplier to the Business at any time since January 1, 2014.

Data & Internet Services Related Equipment means equipment that is provided to you by Us or our Supplier for Use in connection with the provision of Data & Internet Services as specified in Part B. Debit Day means the day that payment by you to Us is due.
Current Supplier means a carrier or telecommunications carriage service provider who supplied telecommunications to you at the time of signing the agreement.
Current Supplier means a Carrier, a telecommunications service provider or equipment supplier who supplies services or equipment to the Customer. Customer means the person or entity whose name appears on the Application for Service and that party’s successors and permitted assigns.
