Current Supplier definition

Current Supplier means a Carrier, a telecommunications service provider or equipment supplier who supplies services or equipment to you.
Current Supplier means a Shareholder who has supplied Stock to the Company during the current Season and/or the immediate past Season.
Current Supplier means any Person who is or has been a supplier to the Business at any time since January 1, 2014.

  • You agree to immediately pay to the Current Supplier any amounts owing for the Transferred Services up to the date of the transfer.

  • In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform the Current Supplier of this decision through a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

  • In order to create the Simulation, you must provide us with information on your Current Supplier, your current consumption and your current tariff plan.

  • When you transfer any services (“Transferred Services”) from a Carrier, a telecommunications service provider or equipment supplier who supplies telecommunications services or equipment to you at the time we accept your application (“Current Supplier”), you authorise us to sign on your behalf and in your name any forms required by the Current Supplier to transfer the Transferred Services as we direct.

  • You may also need to contact your Current Supplier once your account is activated with us to close off your services with them.


More Definitions of Current Supplier

Current Supplier. – shall mean the supplier that supplies the customer at the beginning of the procedure for the supplier switch.
Current Supplier means a carrier or telecommunications carriage service provider who supplied telecommunications to you at the time of signing the agreement.

Data & Internet Services Related Equipment means equipment that is provided to you by Us or our Supplier for Use in connection with the provision of Data & Internet Services as specified in Part B. Debit Day means the day that payment by you to Us is due.
Current Supplier means a supplier who supplies Existing Services to You at the time of You signing the Agreement. Customer means the customer identified in the Account Application also referred to as “You”. Data Calls include calls made from modem(s) to modem(s) on voice line. Data is charged in a ratio of 1MB (megabyte) to 1,000KB (kilobytes).
Current Supplier means an active Supplier of Saputo Dairy Australia.
