Current Subsidiaries definition

Current Subsidiaries means any Person in which the Company on the Subscription Date, directly or indirectly, (i) owns any of the outstanding capital stock or holds any equity or similar interest of such Person or (ii) controls or operates all or any part of the business, operations or administration of such Person, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Current Subsidiary.”
Current Subsidiaries means the direct and indirect subsidiaries of the Company set forth on Schedule 3.2(a) hereto.
Current Subsidiaries means, collectively, Workstream USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, Paula Allen Holdings, Inc., a Florida corporation, The Omni Partners, Inc., a Florida corporation, 6FigureJobs.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Workstream Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Current Subsidiary.”

  • For purposes of this Section 4, all references to the “Company” shall be deemed to refer to the Company and the Current Subsidiaries unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

  • The Guaranty, dated or to be dated on or prior to the Closing Date, made by each of the Current Subsidiaries in favor of the Banks and the Agent pursuant to which such entities jointly and severally guarantee to the Banks and the Agent the payment and performance of the Obligations in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
