Current Stockholders definition

Current Stockholders means any Person or Persons (as defined herein) who are record or beneficial owners of Activision common stock as of the close of business on the date of this Stipulation.

Current Stockholders means the beneficial owners (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) of the Company Voting Securities and their affiliates as of the Effective Date.

Current Stockholders means Wengen and all Affiliates and limited partners of Wengen (and any of their Affiliates).

Current Stockholders means any Person or Persons who are record or beneficial owners of Tesla common stock as of the close of business on the date of this Stipulation, excluding Defendants and their legal representatives, heirs, successors, or assigns.
