Current Quarter definition

Current Quarter means the calendar quarter within which the relevant schedules are prepared and submitted;

Current Quarter is defined in CLAUSE (b) of SECTION 3.2.1.

Current Quarter has the meaning specified in the definition of Applicable Margin.

More Definitions of Current Quarter

Current Quarter means, as of any date, the most recently completed calendar quarter prior to such date for which the General Partner has declared a record date for the payment of dividends in respect of Shares.
