Current Loan definition

Current Loan. A Mortgage Loan that is less than thirty (30) days past due as of the related Servicing Transfer Date.
Current Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.12.

More Definitions of Current Loan

Current Loan means any loan that is fully paid to date according to a contract.
