Current Debt definition

Current Debt of any Person shall mean as of the date of any determination thereof (i) all indebtedness of such Person for borrowed money other than Funded Debt of such Person, including, without limitation, debt owed to banks, and (ii) Guaranties by such Person of Current Debt of others.
Current Debt means, with respect to any Person, all Debt of such Person which by its terms or by the terms of any instrument or agreement relating thereto matures on demand or within one year from the date of the creation thereof and is not directly or indirectly renewable or extendible at the option of the obligor in respect thereof to a date one year or more from such date, provided that (a) Debt outstanding under a revolving credit or similar agreement which obligates the lender or lenders to extend credit over a period of one year or more and (b) Current Maturities of Funded Debt shall constitute Funded Debt and not Current Debt, even though such Debt by its terms matures on demand or within one year from such date.
Current Debt means any obligation for borrowed money (including notes payable and drafts accepted representing extensions of credit whether or not representing obligations for borrowed money) payable on demand or within a period of one year from the date of the creation thereof.

Current Debt of a company or division shall refer to the total debt (current and non-current) of such company or division, determined from the financial statements thereof prepared in accordance with GAAP.
