Current Customer definition

Current Customer means any Person who is currently utilizing any product or service sold or provided by the Employer or any of its Affiliates; any Person who utilized any such product or service within the previous 12 months; and any Person with whom the Employer or any of its Affiliates is currently conducting negotiations concerning the utilization of such products or services.
Current Customer means a person to whom the applicable manufacturer or distributor has shipped or delivered a gaming device within the preceding six months pursuant to a contract, agreement or other arrangement with such manufacturer or distributor, or its affiliate, for the purchase, lease, license or other right to use such gaming device.
Current Customer means, at any time, a customer of or location serviced by the Tyco Group or ADT North American R/SB Group, respectively, as of such time.

Examples of Current Customer in a sentence

  • If Customer is (i) not using a Current release of the Cloud Service Software or (ii) has less than nine (9) months remaining (as of the start date of the Order Form) until the release is no longer Current, Customer shall upgrade its production environment of the Cloud Service Software to the Current release as described in SAP’s RISE Limited Maintenance Policy available at https://www.sap.com/about/agreements/policies.html.

Current Customer means any Person who is currently utilizing any product or service sold or provided by the Employer or any of its Affiliates; any Person who utilized any such product or service within the previous twelve (12) months; and any Person with whom the Employer or any of its Affiliates is currently conducting negotiations concerning the utilization of such products or services.

Current Customer means any individual or entity which is or was a client of the Company (or its predecessor) or any Affiliate during the twenty-four (24) months preceding the date of the termination of Executive’s employment;

Current Customer means any person or entity to which the Company has sold products or Services within the one-year period preceding the termination of this Agreement. “Prospective customer” means any person or entity contacted by the Company or that the Company can prove it intended to contact within the one-year period preceding the termination of this Agreement.
