Current Business means and include: providing clinical testing information services for the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of disease; providing clinical laboratory management services; providing medical informatics services (i.e., the statistical analysis of medical information) and consulting services based on such analysis; providing data analysis, medical information services, and database management services for the health care industry; providing clinical testing information services in support of clinical trials, and clinical testing products for use in clinical trials; providing services of storage, retrieval, and communication of medical information via interactive computer networks; providing to managed care organizations, hospitals, employers, and other institutional healthcare providers access to a network of clinical diagnostic laboratories providing services of processing requests for diagnostic tests, performing tests, reporting test results, and paying claims to network laboratories; providing quality and utilization management; providing consolidated chronological reports in graphical and/or numerical form, representing the results of clinical diagnostic tests performed on individual patients and groups of patients over monitored periods of time, together with analysis of the results; and manufacturing and selling clinical diagnostic assay kits, apparatus, and reagents.

Current Business means the bicycle sharing business, electric bicycle sharing business, taxi booking business, ride-sharing business, electric two-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ rental/sale business and other services provided through Hellobike “哈啰出行” App, including the operation, maintenance, R&D and related business activities thereof, in which the Group Companies are engaged in by using various technical measures such as QR code scanning, Bluetooth, other internet-based methods, and similar or alternative new methods and technologies that may appear in the future. The bicycle sharing business and electric bicycle sharing business within the preceding sentence shall include (i) operating shared bicycle without docking facilities under the credit-based deposit-free operation model (supplemented by the deposit-required operation mode if the credit-based deposit-free operation model is not feasible) based on the credit system designated by Antfin and (ii) the non-pile operation of the shared bicycle with docking facilities entrusted by the third party or Youon Technology.

More Definitions of Current Business
Current Business means the principal business in which the Company is engaged as of the date hereof.

Current Business means any ongoing relationship, or any relationship that has ended no more than six months earlier, between the Company and a TenFold Customer regarding the provision by the Company to the TenFold Customer of software and/or services so that the TenFold Customer may build applications to be used by the TenFold Customer, and the continuing provision of software and/or design, development, implementation, repair, support, maintenance or other services to or for a TenFold Customer related to the software or services which permit the customer to build applications. In addition, the provisions of this Section 9(b) shall not be violated by the Employee commencing employment with a subsidiary, division or unit of any entity that engages in the Current Business so long as the Employee and such subsidiary, division or unit does not, and does not have plans to, engage in the Current Business.
