Current Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals of this Agreement.

• This Amendment constitutes the final, complete, exclusive and fully integrated record of the agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and the amendment of the Current Agreements with respect to such subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous proposals, agreements, contracts, representations and understandings, whether written, oral or electronic, between the parties with respect to the same subject matter.

More Definitions of Current Agreements

Current Agreements means, collectively, the License Agreement, that certain Investor Rights Agreement between the Parties, dated July 25, 2006, as amended on March 25, 2009, and the Stock Purchase Agreement.

Current Agreements means the agreements between the Parties on the following topics that are in force at the date of this Agreement and that, from the date that this Agreement comes into force, will be replaced with MOUs entered into under this Agreement: working for families double payment and community service cards; commencement/cessation of benefits/students; working for families tax credits administration; child support and domestic maintenance; pro-active information sharing to reduce benefit overpayments; and student loan programme.

Current Agreements means any agreements entered into in connection with, in any way related to or arising from the Warrant, other than the Warrant itself and this Agreement.

Current Agreements means those agreements listed in Schedule 2 (Current Agreements) and any other agreements entered into between the Company and the CWU prior to the date of this Agreement that the parties agree in writing should be added to the list (but where only part of any such agreement remains applicable, then only that part);
