CUF definition

CUF shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time. However for avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that the CUF shall be calculated on the Contracted Capacity at the “Delivery / Inter- connection / Metering Point”;
