CTG definition

CTG means control technique guideline. A CTG is a USEPA guidance document that triggers a responsibility under Section 182(b)(2) of the Clean Air Act for states to submit reasonably available control technology (RACT) rules for stationary sources of VOC emissions as part of their state implementation plans. Each CTG contains a presumptive norm for RACT for a specific category, based on USEPA's evaluation of that category.
