CTG means a control technique guideline. A CTG is a U.S. EPA guidance document that triggers a responsibilityunder Section 182(b)(2) of the Clean Air Act regarding certain nonattainment areas for states to submit reasonably available control technology (RACT) rules for stationary sources of VOC emissions as part of their state implementation plans. CTG means control technique guideline. A CTG is a USEPA guidance document that triggers a responsibility under Section 182(b)(2) of the Clean Air Act for states to submit reasonably available control technology (RACT) rules for stationary sources of VOC emissions as part of their state implementation plans. Each CTG contains a presumptive norm for RACT for a specific category, based on USEPA's evaluation of that category. The following rules promulgated by the Ohio EPA cover categories for which USEPA has issued a CTG:

CTG shall have the meaning specified in Attachment A to the Head Lease.
