An employee shall not be disciplined nor otherwise discriminated against based on having filed a formal grievance, complaint, or for giving testimony under Title VII CSRA 1978.
This Agreement granting the Employee an award under the Plan (the “Award”) shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the CSRA Inc.
The parties shall identify the nature and purpose of those surviving Constructive Codes, along with the corresponding CSRA rule(s), so that valid claims properly submitted under those surviving Constructive Codes will be paid properly and promptly.
