CSR Activities definition

CSR Activities means the activities or projects or programmes as recommended by the CSR Committee and approved by the Board, undertaken by the Company from time to time in any one or more of the areas falling under the Schedule VI to the Companies Act, 2013.
CSR Activities means such programs and projects as may be approved by the Board in terms of this CSR Policy.
CSR Activities means the projects or programs or activities undertaken / to be undertaken by DPL as prescribed in Clause 5.

Examples of CSR Activities in a sentence

  • To the extent feasible, a project based accountability approach to stress on the long term sustainability of CSR Activities shall be recommended by the CSR Committee to the Board for its adoption, which shall be inclusive of the indicative action plan and implementation schedule (timelines) for the CSR projects, and programs.

  • The company considers social responsibility as an integral part of its business activities and has been engaged in Corporate Social Responsivity (CSR) Activities, even before such CSR expenditure were mandated by the Companies Act, 2013.

  • The Board shall approve the allocation of the CSR Expenditure on the CSR Activities and, to the extent possible, shall give priority to the local areas wherever the Company has its operations.

  • As no CSR activity has been carried out, no Report on CSR Activities/ Initiatives is enclosed along with this Report.

  • The Board shall approve the conditions for grant of amounts for all CSR Activities on the basis of the recommendation of the CSR Committee with due consideration of the respective cost break-up with respect to the CSR activities undertaken by the Company.

CSR Activities means the permissible CSR activities as per Schedule VII
CSR Activities means and includes but is not limited to :-
CSR Activities means all the Corporate Social Responsibility activities

CSR Activities means all the Corporate Social Responsibility activities / programs / initiatives of the company, either ongoing or new, including but not limited to Health, Nutrition, Water, Sanitation, Development of youth, Developing sports talent, Rehabilitation, Financial Inclusion education, etc. and those specified in Schedule VII to the Act (as amended from time to time) at corporate office, project offices of the Company, its subsidiaries and associates, if any, wherever located, as recommended by the CSR Committee and approved by the Board.
