Shares or evidence of rights to receive Shares may be deposited through (x) the electronic transfer of such Shares to the account maintained by the Custodian for such purpose at the CSB, (y) evidence satisfactory to the Custodian of irrevocable instructions to cause such Shares to be transferred to such account or (z) delivery of certificates representing such Shares.
