CSAT definition

CSAT. A test or tests performed on the centralized and collective control systems and Active Power Control Interface of the Facility, which includes successful completion of the Control System Telemetry and Control List, in accordance with procedures set forth in Section 1(h) (Control System Acceptance Test Procedures) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller). Attachment O (Control System Acceptance Test Criteria) provides general criteria to be included in the written protocol for the Control System Acceptance Test.
CSAT means the Federal Center For Substance Abuse Treatment, a Substance Abuse Service Center of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administra- tion.

CSAT means the concentration in soil at which the solubility limits of the soil pore water, the vapor phase limits of the soil pore air, and the absorptive limits of the soil particles have been reached.
