CS Facility definition

CS Facility means a CS facility licensed as such under the Corporations Act or a Foreign Clearing House.
CS Facility means a clearing and settlement facility, (which includes, for example, any clearing or settlement facility through which Transactions are cleared or settled), whether located in Seychelles or elsewhere.
CS Facility. As defined in Section 5.1(e).

Examples of CS Facility in a sentence

  • The Monthly Cost of Service Fee shall be calculated separately for each CS Facility for each Contract Year or, in the case of a CS Facility that is placed into service or acquired during a Contract Year, for the period from the first Day of the Month following the Month in which such CS Facility is placed into service or acquired through the end of such Contract Year, and for each Contract Year thereafter.

  • The Monthly Cost of Service Fee for each Contract Year (or portion thereof, if applicable) for each CS Facility is determined as follows: Monthly Capex Fee + Monthly O&M Fee = Monthly Cost of Service Fee.

  • If the Operating Rules of a CS Facility apply to the Relevant Shares, the Divestment Notice must comply with those Operating Rules.

  • Exhibit “A” also lists each of the A&P Stores (defined in Section 4.4, below) for which each C&S Facility serves as the shipping origin as of the Effective Date.

CS Facility. As defined in Section 7.1(j).

Exchange System means, in relation to a Financial Market or CS Facility the trading, clearing or settlement facility or system (or both) operated by or on behalf of the relevant Financial Market or CS Facility.
