Critical Event definition

Critical Event means Interpretation Services that involve Purchaser services that are considered Public Assistance.
Critical Event means an unusual situation or crisis involving a major loss of EATMN capacity, or a major imbalance between EATMN capacity and demand, or a major failure in the information flow in one or several parts of the EATMN;
Critical Event means a significant event including incidents described in OAR 413-215-0091(11)(c) occurring in the operation of the BRS contractor’s or BRS provider’s program that is considered likely to cause complaints, generate concerns, or come to the attention of the media, law enforcement agencies, first responders, Child Protective Services, or other regulatory agency.

Examples of Critical Event in a sentence

  • Subject to the preceding sentence, unless a Majority agrees in writing, BNPPLC shall not execute or grant any waiver, modification or amendment that would excuse a Default that constitutes or has caused a Critical Event.

  • If the default continues for a period of more than 60 days, it shall become a Critical Event of Default.

  • Within 30 minutes of receiving a Request by telephone, email, or text for Critical Event in-person Emergency Interpretation Services, the Contractor must contact the Purchaser’s employee who made the Request and confirm the Contractor received the request.

  • Critical Event Means an event identified by the TGA after an audit, investigation or inspection to be a critical event which has produced or gives rise to a significant risk of producing supplies outside the adverse event profile in the approved product information for those supplies.

  • Maintains on-line records and documentation, including Accident and Critical Event (ACE) reports, Form 7 and Incident Investigations.


More Definitions of Critical Event

Critical Event means a threat to Customer’s IT operation, safety or reputation of an organisation with an element of surprise and unpredictability, necessitating rapid and effective decision-making;
Critical Event means any actual or alleged incident or situation that creates a significant risk of substantial or serious harm to the physical or mental health, safety or well-being of a participant. There are 3 subcategories that will be reported to the Department:
Critical Event has the meaning assigned to Evento Critico in the Public Works Contract.
Critical Event means any of the following which has occurred and is continuing and is known to BNPPLC: (1) any failure of LRC to pay Base Rent or any Supplemental Payment within three Business Days of the date it becomes due; (2) any failure of LRC to make any payment required by the Operative Documents (other than Base Rent or any Supplemental Payment) within thirty days of the date it becomes due; (3) any material failure of LRC to maintain the Property as required by the Lease; (4) any material title encumbrance (other than a Permitted Encumbrance) is discovered or asserted against the Property; (5) any Event of Default; (6) any condemnation proceedings are brought against the Property or any portion thereof or any material damage to the Property is caused by fire or other casualty; or (7) LRC shall fail to promptly repair any significant damage to the Property or apply insurance or condemnation proceeds as required by the Operative Documents.
Critical Event means the impossibility to connect to Partoo Applications and/or Services for technical reasons, or the impossibility to use the main functions of said Applications and/or Services.
Critical Event means conditions or circumstances caused by natural disaster, war, civil unrest, or a financial or market disorder which threaten the economic wellbeing or security of the State and which, in the assessment of the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri, adversely affect the fiscal position of the State, and which is designated as a “Critical Event” by the Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri;
Critical Event is an event as determined by recorded or derived data that significantly exceeds operating limits or has an immediate impact on safety.
