All suspected Critical Errors must be reported to Euronet on a document acceptable to Euronet; provided, however that failure of Customer to report the Critical Error on Euronet's form shall not result in a denial of warranty coverage unless (and then solely to the extent) such failure causes prejudice to Euronet.
