Crisis Event means an event you reasonably believe has resulted, or may result, in both:

  • However, without limiting clause 13, Viterra will consider all reasonable claims made by a Client in writing which substantiate Losses directly incurred by the Client as a result of the Crisis Event.

Crisis Event means a “catastrophic event” or offense in the “coverage territory” that in the good faith opinion of a “key executive leader” of the “named insured”, in the absence of “crisis protection services”, has or may result in:

Damaged Grain means Grain that has been damaged to such an extent that it can no longer be classified by any Receival (Classification) Standards and is only of salvage value or suitable for disposal.
