Cree definition

Cree or "Xxxxx Bay Cree": a person eligible pursuant to paragraphs 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 of Section 3 of the Agreement.
Cree or “Crees” means an individual or individuals enrolled or eligible to be enrolled as a Cree beneficiary or Cree beneficiaries pursuant to paragraphs 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 of Section 3 of the Xxxxx Bay and Northern Québec Agreement as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Cree means Cree, Inc.
