Crediting Rate definition
Crediting Rate means the notional gains and losses credited on the Participant’s Account balance which are based on the Participant’s choice among the investment alternatives made available by the Committee pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Plan.
Crediting Rate means the percentage change in the Company's fair market value common stock price ("Stock Price") over a one year period, measured on December 31 of each year, with a guaranteed minimum of 4% and a maximum of 15%, cumulatively.

More Definitions of Crediting Rate
Crediting Rate means six percent (6%).
Crediting Rate means the rate of interest declared by the Bank from time to time for crediting interest to the Deferral Account as described in Section 2.1.2. Commencing on the date of the Agreement and continuing until changed by the Bank, in its sole discretion, the Crediting Rate shall be six percent (6%).
