Creation Units definition

Creation Units means the specified number of ETF Units for issuance or redemption as determined by the Asset Management Company and disclosed in the Constitutive Documents.
Creation Units means aggregations of Shares in each Fund as more fully described in the currently effective Prospectus.

Examples of Creation Units in a sentence

  • The Trust acknowledges that the Distributor shall not be obligated to approve any certain number of orders for Creation Units.

  • The Trust represents and warrants that it has or will have made as of the date on which Distributor begins distributing Creation Units, all applicable filings to exempt the Creation Units from registration under applicable rules and regulations.

  • Upon reasonable notice to the Distributor and in accordance with the procedures described in the Prospectus, the Trust reserves the right to reject any order for Creation Units or to stop all receipts of such orders at any time.
