Creation Basket definition

Creation Basket means the minimum number of Limited Units of a Fund that may be created at any one time, which shall be 200,000 or such greater or lesser number as the Managing Owner may determine from time to time for each Fund.
Creation Basket means 100,000 Units, or such other number of Units as may be determined by the General Partner from time to time, purchased by a Participant.
Creation Basket means a Basket issued by the Trust in exchange for the deposit of the Basket Deposit.

  • The Sponsor or its delegates from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to subscription of Shares in lot sizes smaller than the Creation Basket and permitting the creation distribution to be delivered in a manner other than that specified in Section 3.1.
