CPUC Order definition

CPUC Order means, collectively, the Opinion addressed to the Borrower, dated April 22, 2002, Decision No. 00-00-000, as modified by Decision No. 00-00-000, and Decision No. 00-00-000 of the California Public Utilities Commission.
CPUC Order means an order or resolution issued by the CPUC after the Company, the Committee, the CPUC staff, the Trustee, and other interested parties have been given notice and an opportunity to be heard. The order may be issued with or without hearing or by the CPUC advice letter procedure or comparable procedure.
