CPR Rules definition

CPR Rules has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3(a).
CPR Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

Examples of CPR Rules in a sentence

  • If the parties are unable to select the arbitrator within 30 days after Respondent’s receipt of Claimant’s Notice of Arbitration and the 30-day deadline has not been extended by the parties’ agreement, the arbitrator shall be selected by CPR as provided in Rule 6 of the CPR Rules.

  • Any arbitrator not appointed within a reasonable time shall be appointed in accordance with the CPR Rules.

  • Except as otherwise set forth herein, any arbitration hereunder will be conducted in accordance with the CPR Rules for Non-Administered Arbitration of Business Disputes then prevailing (except that the arbitration will not be conducted under the auspices of the CPR and the fee schedule of the CPR will not apply).
