CPLTD definition

CPLTD means, with respect to any Person, as of any date, that portion of such Person's long-term Debt (that is, Debt with a term of greater than one year) which matures and is due and payable within one year.
CPLTD means the current portion of long-term debt.
CPLTD for any period, the sum of (i) the current portion of Capital Lease Obligations of GSI and its consolidated Subsidiaries and any permitted prepayments of Subordinated Debt of GSI and its consolidated Subsidiaries, and (ii) all other amounts which were, or would be, in conformity with GAAP included under current portion of long term debt on the consolidated balance sheet of GSI for the relevant period then ended; provided that the calculation of CPLTD shall not include the current portion of any Loans.
