CPCN definition

CPCN means a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity granted by the BCUC which allows FortisBC to operate, maintain and install Company Facilities for the distribution of Gas within the Municipality;

CPCN means a “Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity” granted by the CPUC or its duly appointed successor agency pursuant to California Public Utilities Code §§ 1001 et seq., as may be amended.

CPCN means a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity.
