Covered Unit definition

Covered Unit means any dwelling unit, including joint living and work quarters, and all housing services located in Oakland and used or occupied in consideration of payment of rent with the exception of those units designated in Section 8.22.030A as exempt.
Covered Unit means every residential housing unit or dwelling unit within or under the jurisdiction of the City of Emeryville except the following:
Covered Unit means a Rental Assistance Program unit occupied by an AH-Assisted Household.

Examples of Covered Unit in a sentence

  • Other parts of the City may also be subject to HIPAA to the extent they provide services to a Covered Unit or another covered entity involving the creation, receipt, maintenance, or transmission of protected health information.

  • A Future Employee may submit an application for transfer from a Covered Unit prior to the completion of the Limited Term Assignment.

  • The application of the provisions specified herein requiring the mandatory transfer from a Covered Unit shall be enforced without exception.

  • All Future Employees shall be notified in writing within ten (10) days after they transfer to a Covered Unit that the Tour of Duty shall not exceed that specified in Section B herein.

  • The only exception to the provisions requiring an Incumbent Employee or Future Employee to transfer from a Covered Unit by the end of the term specified in Paragraph B herein shall be his/her involvement in a then ongoing major (single case) investigation.


More Definitions of Covered Unit

Covered Unit means all of the following:
Covered Unit is a unit of assignment, as defined in Section B herein, where all assigned positions are Limited Term Assignments.
Covered Unit means any “auto” provided physical Damage coverage as determined by the coverage symbols shown on the Declarations Page(s).

Current Market Price of a Class A Unit for any Trading Day means the last reported sale price regular way on such day, or if no sale takes place on such day, the average of the reported closing bid and asked prices regular way on such day, in either case as reported on the principal National Securities Exchange on which the Class A LP Units are listed or admitted for trading. Grant Date is defined in the preamble to this Put Right. Holders are defined in the preamble to this Put Right.
Covered Unit means units restricted pursuant to Section 2.1 below.
