Covered Time definition

Covered Time means the period beginning on the date of termination of Executive’s employment (the “Date of Termination”) and ending eighteen (18) months after the Date of Termination.
Covered Time means the greater of (i) twelve (12) months following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, and (ii) the period during which the Company is obligated to pay severance under Paragraph 6(b)(iii) hereof, and (y) "directly or indirectly" means in Employee's individual capacity for his own benefit or as a shareholder, partner, member or other principal, officer, director, employee, agent or consultant of or to any individual, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, business trust, association or any other business entity whatsoever.
Covered Time means the period beginning on the date of termination of Participant’s provision of Services (the “Date of Termination”) and ending twelve (12) months after the Date of Termination.

More Definitions of Covered Time

Covered Time means, for a calendar month in which a Service Credit is owed, the number of days for which the Customer is paying the Cloud Software Fees.
