Covered Systems definition
Covered Systems means Merchant’s systems or point-of- sale devices that are using the TransArmor Data Protection Service.
Covered Systems means components, such as servers, workstations, and devices, within the Anthem Network that are routinely used to collect, process, communicate, and/or store PI and/or PHI.
Covered Systems and “Components” means (i) systems and components as specifically described herein as “included” and that are located inside the confines of the main foundation of the Covered Property, (ii) are in proper working order on the Coverage Period Start Date and (iii) become inoperative due to normal wear and tear. Components shall be considered in proper working order if no defect is known or would have been detectible by a visual inspection or mechanical test on the Coverage Period Start Date.

Covered Systems means all computer software, computer hardware, firmware, telecommunications and other information technology systems, and equipment containing microchips, including any third-party manufactured hardware, software or devices, owned, licensed or used by each Transferred Company, if any, in the performance and operation of its business or in connection with the provision of gathering services by a Transferred Company.
