Covered process definition

Covered process means any process at a stationary source.
Covered process means a process that has a regulated substance present in more than a threshold quantity as determined under Section 2770.2 of this chapter.
Covered process means a process that has a regulated substance present in an amount that is in excess of the threshold quantity established in rules adopted under the bill (see "Rules," below).
