Covered lives definition

Covered lives means the number of Vermont residents covered under a health insurance plan provided or administered by a health insurer.
Covered lives means, for the purposes of this regulation, the number of members, subscribers and dependents.
Covered lives means the total number of individuals who are entitled to benefits under a health care insurance plan, including, but not limited to, beneficiaries, subscribers and members of the plan.
